eYo eyewear

eYo is a project launched by Edel-Optics to turn everyday heroes from the fields of design, art, music and many more into storytellers. Each cooperation with the respective eYo Ambassadors results from an intensive search for unique personalities who not only give their all in their life’s work, but also pour their energy into the process from the first sketch to the finished pair of glasses.

Storytelling is as old as humanity. Every day stories are passed on in speech and writing. Written down in books and disseminated through film and television, some reach the whole world. But between the Brothers Grimm and Hollywood, there are some stories that are still unknown and understated and therefore must be told.

With eYo, our ambassadors have a great opportunity to tell their own personal story to the world through their self-designed eyewear – working together closely to create statement pieces that are designed, produced and showcased exclusively with and for Edel-Optics. We value the insight these remarkable ambassadors give us into their personal stories and provide a platform for them to tell these.
